MRI Maintenance

The Lallie Kemp Medical Center is seeking bids for the preventive maintenance of their GE Medical Systems Signa Excite HD 1.5T mobile MRI unit. The contract will have an effective date of October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The successful bidder will be required to provide full-service coverage, including setup, leveling, shimming, and tune-up, as well as quarterly inspections and maintenance. The bidder must also provide remote diagnostics and monitoring, software updates, and priority service. * The contract includes the maintenance of the MRI unit, coach, and accessories * The bidder must provide OEM or qualified third-party service personnel * The bidder must meet current ISO industry standards * The contract includes a 95% uptime guarantee, with a 1% credit for each consecutive percent below the threshold * The bidder must provide documentation of all maintenance and repairs within 48 hours of completion
