Pagni 2 Well and Zolezzi 3 Well Construction and Testing

The Truckee Meadows Water Authority is soliciting sealed bids to drill, construct, develop, and test two production wells (Pagni 2 and Zolezzi 3) using a dual‑tube air‑flooded reverse drilling method with concentric dual‑wall drill pipe. The wells will feature stainless‑steel casing and screens, glass beads, and will range from 10‑14 inches ID and 250‑530 ft depth. Construction must occur within 100 ft of existing non‑operational production wells that must be preserved for future use. All labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals are included in the bid. The engineer’s cost estimate is $1.71 M‑$2.09 M.
