The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is awarding a sole‑source contract to SylogistGov, Inc. for development services that will extend and integrate the Oregon Department of Corrections’ Victim Information System (VISOR). The work includes creating a weekly flat‑file export, secure SFTP transmission, new API endpoints for data validation between VISOR and OHA Medicaid enrollment, functional discovery workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, acceptance testing support, and post‑implementation hyper‑care.
