SWR - Lake Stevens Well Electrical Repair Project, Well No. 1

The Snohomish County PUD is undertaking a maintenance and repair project at its Lake Stevens Well No. 1 to address identified electrical issues affecting well operation. The project consists of removing and re-installing the well's column pipe, submersible pump, motor, electrical cable, and associated appurtenances to facilitate electrical repair work and restore the well to service. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, fuel, transportation, permits, and miscellaneous parts as needed to complete the work. • The project is located at 2008 131st Ave NE, Lake Stevens, WA 98258. • The contractor must be registered on the District's Small Works Roster in the category "Water Pump and Well - Repair, Replacement, and Rehabilitation" at the time of bidding. • The contractor must submit a Small Works Roster application prior to bid opening or include the application with their bid submission. • The project has a 30-day completion deadline. • The contract will be based on lump sum bid items for the work described in the contract documents.
