Deactivation and decommissioning services for Project N

The Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to provide deactivation and decommissioning (D&D) services for Project N. The project involves the systematic deactivation and decommissioning of designated equipment and infrastructure to reduce hazards and prepare areas for future use or demolition. The scope of work may include planning and execution of D&D activities, removal and disposal of equipment and materials, hazard identification and mitigation, documentation and reporting, and coordination with BEA environmental, safety, and engineering teams. • The project is located at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory. • The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and the INL Site Stabilization Agreement (SSA). • Interested vendors should submit an Expression of Interest that includes company name and point of contact, description of relevant D&D capabilities and experience, NAICS codes and business size classification, and any existing DOE or federal contracting experience. • The deadline for submission of Expression of Interest is April 24, 2026.
