Bradley Project Management Committee (BPMC) Legal Counsel-RCA Representation

The Alaska Energy Authority is seeking an Alaska‑licensed law firm or attorney to represent the Bradley Project Management Committee in the Alaska Regulatory Commission docket U‑25‑028, covering the Railbelt Transmission Organization’s Open Access Transmission Tariff. The contractor will handle ongoing docket representation, review the final order for impacts on BPMC, and provide appellate representation if the BPMC decides to appeal.
