Guard and Security Services

National Park College is seeking a qualified firm to provide armed, uniformed security guard services for all of its campuses and facilities. The contractor must supply fully trained armed guards, uniforms, equipment, vehicles (if used), and all required insurance, while maintaining 24‑hour coverage (including weekends) and handling all administrative reporting, incident documentation, and compliance with state procurement rules. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of up to six additional one‑year renewals, totaling a potential seven‑year relationship. • Provide 24/7 armed security (minimum 2 guards per shift) with entry/egress control, patrols, alarm response, incident reporting, and life‑safety support. • Supply uniforms, firearms, holsters, ammunition, vehicles (if used), and maintain all required workers’ compensation, general liability, and automobile insurance. • Deliver full administrative support: background checks, drug testing, personnel files, daily logs, incident reports, and compliance with equal‑opportunity and certification requirements. • Submit a technical proposal and a separate cost proposal; pricing must remain valid for 90 days post‑opening. • No subcontracting without written consent; the contractor assumes full liability and indemnification obligations.
