Request for Proposals for On-Call Practical Operations Services

The Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call practical operations services for solid waste infrastructure and facilities. The services include construction, maintenance, and operation of transfer stations, resource recovery parks, materials recovery facilities, and landfills. The selected firms will be required to provide emergency management and incident response services, as well as perform tasks such as civil surfaces and roadway repairs, electrical and plumbing improvements, and HVAC system servicing.
