The Maryland Department of General Services is seeking a contractor to provide design services for a new marina services building and replacement of the existing parking lot at Point Lookout State Park. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary design services, including architectural, engineering, and landscape architecture services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, and the contractor must be able to provide all goods and services and meet all of the requirements requested in the solicitation. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to minority business enterprise (MBE) participation and veteran-owned small business enterprise (VSBE) participation.
