Aerial Lift and Service Body (Supply and Install)

The State of New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a brand‑new aerial lift and an accompanying service body, deliver them to the DOT Mechanical Services facility in Concord, and perform full installation, start‑up, testing, and documentation. The work includes all labor, tools, transportation, permits, safety data sheets, manuals, a two‑year warranty, and free on‑site training. The contract is non‑exclusive, with a 120‑business‑day delivery window after award and a net‑30 payment term. • Supply one (1) new aerial lift (minimum 37 ft working height, 25 ft outreach) meeting detailed safety and performance specs. • Supply one (1) galvanized service body that mounts on a state‑provided 2026 Ford F‑550 chassis, complying with lead‑free coating and OSHA/ANSI standards. • Deliver, uncrate, install, connect, test, and certify the equipment; provide manuals, SDS, two free safety inspections, and free operator training.
