OSAMH Secured Restoration Program

The State of Arkansas, Office of State Procurement, is seeking a contractor to provide a Secured Restoration Program for individuals found incompetent to stand trial. The program aims to restore competency through mental health assessments, treatment, and education. The contractor will provide a 16-bed program for individuals 18 years and older, with services including competency restoration, assessment and screenings, individualized treatment planning, and psychiatric services. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. Key aspects of the program include: * Providing a 16-bed competency restoration program for individuals 18 years and older * Offering services such as competency restoration, assessment and screenings, individualized treatment planning, and psychiatric services * Collaborating with the Department of Human Services for the establishment, implementation, and management of the program * Maintaining a team of qualified clinicians and professional staff to provide services * Providing services at the Arkansas State Hospital, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends
