The State of Missouri, on behalf of the Department of Corrections’ Missouri Vocational Enterprises, is seeking qualified vendors to supply hardwood lumber to multiple correctional facilities and a distribution center throughout the state for a one‑year contract. Proposals must be submitted electronically via MissouriBUYS by the deadline. Vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS, provide a “Vendor No Tax Due” certificate, comply with Buy‑American preferences, and meet numerous compliance exhibits (e.g., anti‑boycott certification, tax compliance, business registration). Deliveries are FOB destination, freight prepaid, and must be coordinated with each facility’s security and receiving schedules. The contractor is responsible for inspection, replacement of non‑conforming lumber, and maintaining records for five years.
