The United States Air Force is seeking a small‑business firm to provide comprehensive waste‑management services for Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, CA. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, containers, collection vehicles, and related services for municipal solid waste, food waste, recyclables, green waste, construction‑and‑demolition debris, public‑use roll‑off containers, special‑event pickups, container relocations, and landfill tipping‑fee billing. Service delivery is required continuously over a five‑year period with strict performance thresholds (≤ 2 complaints per month, zero deficiencies for certain tasks) and extensive monthly reporting. The contract will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price basis to the lowest‑price technically acceptable small‑business offer.
• Provide collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste, recyclables, food waste, and green waste.
