The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide comprehensive waste‑management and recycling services for two VA healthcare facilities in Bay Pines and Cape Coral, Florida. The contractor will be responsible for scheduled and on‑call collection, provision and maintenance of containers and compactors, recycling processing, disposal documentation, weight‑ticket reporting, and emergency support over a base year with four one‑year options. The work is performed under a firm‑fixed‑price multi‑year contract with monthly pricing and strict reporting, safety, and security requirements.
