BIKE CENTER OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is seeking qualified firms to operate and manage the RTC Commuter Bike Center located at the Bonneville Transit Center in Las Vegas. The contract is a not‑to‑exceed, fixed‑price agreement covering a base term of one year (December 1 2026 – November 30 2027) with two optional one‑year extensions. The operator will be responsible for day‑to‑day bike‑center management, staffing, bike maintenance, membership administration, revenue collection (all revenue retained by the operator), and compliance with RTC facility policies.
