The partner must deliver aggressive room‑rate rebates, ensure last‑room availability, integrate with IU’s travel‑management system, and support direct billing. In addition to core lodging services, the contract includes sponsorship opportunities, community‑engagement marketing, and comprehensive reporting on usage, savings, and sustainability.
