021226 Adopt a Field - All High Schools

The Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Division of Facilities Management is seeking applications from local organizations interested in the Adopt-a-Field (AAF) program for its high school baseball and softball fields for the 2026-2027 school year. The AAF partner will be responsible for funding field maintenance for the duration of the year and will receive priority usage of the fields over all other user groups. The selected partner will be required to comply with MCPS maintenance and pesticide regulations. • The AAF program is open to local organizations, with a focus on serving Montgomery County residents and target populations. • The selected partner will be responsible for funding field maintenance for the duration of the year. • The partner will receive priority usage of the fields over all other user groups. • The partner must comply with MCPS maintenance and pesticide regulations. • A one-year agreement with potential to renew partnership for a three-year term.
