Description:
The City of North Adams is seeking a restaurateur to build out and install a restaurant into a restaurant space at the Harriman and West Airport. The successful proposer will be granted a lease for the property, and the lease will be made in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Proposers must submit their proposals by May 8, 2026, at 1:00 pm. The City reserves the right to waive informalities, negotiate with the successful proposer, or reject all proposals. • The City is looking for a restaurateur to develop a dining establishment on property adjacent to the Airport Administration Building at North Adams Municipal Airport. • Proposals will be received until May 8, 2026, at 1:00 pm. • The City reserves the right to waive informalities, negotiate with the successful proposer, or reject all proposals. • The successful proposer will be granted a lease for the property. • The City is not liable for any costs incurred by the proposer in submitting this proposal.
