Description
The NASA Office of Protective Services is seeking a commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) cloud‑based Records Management System for fire and emergency medical services (FEMSRMS). The contract will provide the software platform, FedRAMP High‑authorized SaaS hosting, and associated professional services (configuration, integration, training, and ongoing support) for a base year plus three optional one‑year extensions. The solution must meet stringent security (FedRAMP, HIPAA, NASA unclassified‑information requirements), Section 508 accessibility, and interoperability (CAD, ESRI/ArcGIS, NEMSIS, etc.) across five NASA locations, with remote implementation and a May 2027 go‑live target.
• Provide a FedRAMP High‑authorized SaaS FEMSRMS platform, including incident reporting, ePCR, CAD integration, training, analytics, and asset management.
• Deliver professional services for configuration, testing, ATO support, training at five NASA sites, and ongoing administration for up to four years.
• Meet strict compliance: Section 508, HIPAA, MFA/SSO, role‑based access, data‑export capabilities, and rapid data‑sanitization if FedRAMP status lapses.
