Description
The County of Sonoma is seeking qualified firms to provide on‑call environmental consulting services for its Public Infrastructure (SPI) program. Up to ten consultants will be awarded three‑year professional services agreements (with two optional one‑year extensions) to support engineering, road, bridge, waste, transit, airport, land development, construction management, and other county projects on a task‑order basis. The total aggregate value of all agreements may not exceed $15 million; individual consultants will be paid based on actual costs submitted in proposals rather than a fixed unit price.
• Scope includes environmental assessments, permitting, compliance, and related consulting for transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Agreements are “on‑call,” meaning work is assigned via task orders; no guaranteed minimum workload.
