The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a commercial subscription service that provides non‑ferrous metals market data and insights to DLA Strategic Materials personnel. The contractor will deliver two web‑based subscription products (Market Data and Market Insights) each supporting up to 15 named users, with 24/7 access, technical support, and user‑management capabilities. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award with a base year of 12 months and two one‑year options, for a maximum performance period of three years. The award will be a sole‑source to S&P Global Inc., but all responsible sources are permitted to submit offers.
