2026-141 Kenai Municipal Airport Concession

The City of Kenai is seeking a qualified concessionaire to operate a full‑service restaurant inside the Kenai Municipal Airport terminal. The awardee will manage food‑and‑beverage sales, maintain city‑owned equipment, meet minimum operating hours, and remit a percentage of gross receipts plus a monthly maintenance fee to the City.
