RFQQ for India Tax Consultant

The Washington State Investment Board is seeking a firm to provide tax services for investing in India as a Foreign Portfolio Investor. The selected firm will be responsible for calculating taxes payable, filing annual tax returns, and liaising with the India Tax Authorities. The contract is expected to be for a 5-year initial term with an option to extend for an additional 5-year term. Key aspects of the job include: • Calculation of taxes payable on capital gains and incomes • Filing of annual tax returns • Liaising with the India Tax Authorities • Providing tax advice and services to the WSIB • Maintaining good status as an FPI in India The WSIB is looking for a firm with experience in providing tax services to FPIs, with a strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations. The firm should also have a proven track record of providing high-quality tax services and be able to demonstrate its ability to meet the WSIB's needs.
