Description
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) is issuing an RFI to gather information from legally qualified firms for a six‑year sole‑source agreement to supply assays, reagents, consumables, and related services for multiple Roche diagnostic platforms (cobas® 5800, 6800v2, 8800v2, MagNA Pure 96, and LightCycler). The goal is to enhance the NYC Public Health Laboratory’s capacity for rapid STI, HIV, and emerging pathogen testing. The agency seeks expressions of interest no later than 11 Feb 2026, and emphasizes that all communications must occur through the PASSPort portal.
• Provide all assays, reagents, and consumables for the listed Roche PCR and extraction systems.
• Support high‑throughput molecular testing for HIV, HBV, HCV, HPV, STIs, and emerging pathogens.
• Demonstrate sole‑source eligibility as the exclusive manufacturer/distributor of the required products.
