Golf Cart Lease

The City of Council Bluffs is requesting sealed bids for the lease of golf carts and utility vehicles for use by Dodge Riverside Golf Course and the City. The bid award will be based on the price per vehicle for one full lease year, which consists of six paid lease months, minus any equipment credit. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, supervision, materials, and equipment. • The lease period is six months on and six months off, with rental payments due on the 1st day of April, May, June, July, August, and September of each contract year. • The contractor must provide a bid bond or cashier's check payable to the City of Council Bluffs for a sum not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. • The contractor must provide insurance coverage, including general liability, worker's compensation, and commercial automobile insurance. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance naming the City of Council Bluffs as an additional insured. • The contractor must waive subrogation in favor of the City of Council Bluffs.
