TENT RENTAL_NC MOUNTAIN STATE FAIR

The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking a vendor to provide tent rental services for the NC Mountain State Fair. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and removing tents, as well as providing support technicians during the fair. The vendor must also provide all necessary equipment, including forklifts, and ensure that the tents are clean and in good repair before installation. Some key specifications for the tents include: * Frame tents with aluminum tube construction and lighting in each tent * Clear span tents with boxed beam construction and no interior poles * Tents must be white, with the exception of two 20x20 tents which should be yellow and white * Tents must have a minimum side height of 8-10 feet and be capable of opening and closing at any location * Tents must have a minimum of 6-8 ventilation fans and 8-9 lights, which must be mercury vapor, metal halide, or LED.
