Potomac WFP Water Quality/PFAS Pilot Project

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is soliciting sealed responses for the Potomac WFP Water Quality/PFAS Pilot Project. The project involves progressive design-build services for the design, construction, and operation of a PFAS pilot plant at the Potomac Water Filtration Plant. The proposal must demonstrate the minimum qualifications, including experience in collaborative delivery projects, water treatment facility design and construction, and pilot studies. The evaluation factors include project approach, technical experience, key project team members' experience, and pricing. • The proposal must be submitted via the eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater. • The technical proposal must be no more than 50 single-sided pages in length and must demonstrate the minimum qualifications. • The evaluation will be based on the following criteria: project approach, technical experience, key project team members' experience, and pricing. • The contract will be awarded to the proposal deemed most advantageous to WSSC, taking into consideration the evaluation outlined in the Request for Proposal.
