Speech Therapy Services

The Southwest Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide speech therapy services to students with disabilities. The selected vendor will be required to conduct speech evaluations, provide speech therapy, and attend meetings with multi-disciplinary teams to discuss services. The vendor must follow district standards for assessment, evaluation, and eligibility, and develop Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) for students eligible for services. The contract will be for a period of five years, from September 1, 2025, to May 31, 2030. The district is looking for vendors who can provide high-quality services, have experience working with school districts, and can meet the district's needs. Key aspects of the job include: • Conducting speech evaluations and providing speech therapy to students with disabilities • Developing and implementing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) for students eligible for services • Attending meetings with multi-disciplinary teams to discuss services • Following district standards for assessment, evaluation, and eligibility • Providing services on an "as-needed" basis • Meeting the district's requirements and specifications outlined in the RFP
