Description
The Navajo Special Diabetes Program is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive office furniture, interior design, and related installation services for the Kayenta Wellness Center’s three new facilities. The scope includes 2‑D and 3‑D space planning, procurement and delivery of 24 specified furniture and equipment items, audiovisual equipment installation, locker and storage solutions, supervision of subcontractors, and final walk‑through verification. All work must be completed and installed by December 31 2026, with a strict proposal submission deadline of August 14 2026.
• Supply and install a full suite of office furniture (chairs, desks, tables, filing cabinets, lockers, etc.) and AV equipment for three wellness‑center buildings.
• Provide detailed 2‑D/3‑D design layouts, specifications, warranties, and cost proposals in sealed envelopes.
• Meet delivery/installation deadline of 31 Dec 2026 and coordinate with NSDP for delivery notifications and storage contingency if delayed.
