Description
Hempstead County, Arkansas is seeking qualified architectural/design firms to develop professional design services for capital improvement projects at the Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center. The selected firm will collaborate closely with a separately‑selected Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) to deliver the project using the CMAR delivery method. Submissions consist of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and must be received by the deadline indicated.
• Provide full architectural design services for hospital capital improvements funded by a voter‑approved bond.
• Work in a joint team with a CMAR contractor from early design phases through construction documents.
• Must submit a complete SOQ packet by August 18, 2026; contacts for packet requests and questions are provided.
