The City of Santa Ana is seeking a qualified firm to provide complete holiday‑season decorative services, including design, installation, weekly maintenance, removal, and off‑site storage of city‑owned ornaments across multiple downtown locations, City Hall, and the Regional Transportation Center. The contractor must also offer optional lease‑style accent lighting and submit an annual proposal with cost estimates and design concepts.
• Install, remove, and store approximately 79 light‑post garlands, 158 decorative bows, several LED trees, and decorative lighting for palm trees, pillars, and parking structures.
• Perform weekly inspections from November through January to replace damaged items and provide off‑site storage for all décor for the remainder of the year.
• Deliver an annual proposal (due September) with design ideas, cost breakdowns, and optional lease‑option pricing for additional illuminated accent pieces.
