Naming Rights and Sponsorship Consulting Services

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking a vendor to provide naming rights and sponsorship consulting services for its sports and entertainment venues, including the Fairgrounds Arena, Event Center, Carolina Classic Fair, and Bowman Gray Stadium. The selected vendor will specialize in the consultation and solicitation of corporate naming rights and sponsorships, and will be experienced in developing assets, identifying, negotiating, and finalizing the sale of naming rights and partnerships. The contract award will be based on the evaluation of the best proposal, considering factors such as the vendor's experience, qualifications, and proposal content. • The vendor will provide consultation and solicitation of corporate naming rights and sponsorships for public buildings, events, branding opportunities, VIP experiences, and other branding opportunities. • The vendor will develop assets, identify, negotiate, and finalize the sale of naming rights, partnerships, and branding opportunities. • The vendor will manage associated partnership elements. • The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation of the best proposal, considering factors such as the vendor's experience, qualifications, and proposal content.
