City of Raleigh, John Chavis Memorial Park – Phase 2 Aquatic Center

The City of Raleigh is re‑advertising a sealed‑bid opportunity to construct a new two‑story, 25,000 SF indoor/outdoor aquatic center at John Chavis Memorial Park (Phase 2). The project includes a competition lap pool, therapy pool, outdoor activity pool with lazy river and waterslide, parking reconfiguration, heritage plaza upgrades, bridge repairs, and site utility upgrades. All civil, structural, architectural, MEP, fire protection, and site work must be provided. The bid opening and deadline are both set for 2:00 PM on 20 Oct 2026 at the Neuse River Room, Walnut Creek Wetland Park.
