Beverage Products and Equipment

The City of Richmond, Kentucky is seeking proposals from qualified beverage vendors to supply non‑alcoholic beverage products, related dispensing and storage equipment, delivery services, ongoing maintenance, and optional sponsorship/marketing support for multiple municipal locations (parks, aquatic center, golf course, sports complex, vending machines, etc.). Vendors must provide detailed product and pricing lists, equipment specifications, service plans, insurance certificates, and any sponsorship value‑add proposals. The contract will be governed by Kentucky municipal procurement rules and will give the City control over pricing, branding, and product selection. • Supply a full range of non‑alcoholic beverages (e.g., bottled water, soft drinks, specialty drinks) with transparent pricing and delivery terms. • Provide equipment such as fountain dispensers, coolers, vending machines, ice machines, CO₂ systems, and related installation/maintenance services. • Include optional sponsorship, promotional activities, and other value‑added services separate from product pricing.
