Description
The County of Loudoun seeks a qualified General Contractor to execute a roughly 3.5‑mile widening of US Route 15 (North) from Battlefield Parkway to Montresor Road, expanding the existing two‑lane roadway to a four‑lane divided highway. The project will be funded through local and regional Northern Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA) resources and must adhere to all applicable state and local construction standards. Bids must be submitted by the closedate, and online submissions through EVA will not be accepted.
