COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING CONCESSION

The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is seeking qualified advertising firms to develop, operate, and manage indoor and outdoor advertising programs at Boston Logan International Airport and Worcester Regional Airport. The contract will be a ten‑year service agreement that includes the installation and maintenance of advertising displays, revenue collection, and reporting requirements. Proposers must submit extensive financial and operational documentation, a $100,000 deposit, and demonstrate at least five years of experience with a minimum $8 M annual gross receipt track record. • Scope includes both airports, covering all existing and future advertising inventory. • Required deliverables: financial statements, operating experience, detailed concession fee proposal, and a certified deposit. • Contract term is ten years with Massport reserving the right to terminate early per agreement terms.
