Central Health is seeking information on financial software capabilities, functionality, integration capabilities, support offerings, implementation approach, and potential budgetary costs. The information gathered will be used to develop a scope of work for a formal Request for Proposals process. The desired financial software should have features such as full requisition to payment automation, shopping cart for requisition entry, electronic approval routing for requisitions and AP with email notification, and customizable data fields. The software should also be able to manage backorders and track receipts, have grant tracking and capital project tracking, and be able to manage fixed assets with tracking for warranties and equipment leases. Some key points to consider are: • The current financial software used is Multiview, with a target go-live date of late 2027. • The system should be able to support core financial functions, including general ledger and financial reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable, fixed asset management, budgeting and forecasting, purchase order processing, workflow approvals, and journal entries and intercompany transactions. • The system should have advanced integration capabilities, including APIs, and be able to connect with other systems such as UKG, JP Morgan, EPIC, and Concur. • The system should have reporting and compliance features, including GASB and FASB compliant reporting, audit trails, and automated report generation and scheduling. • The system should have support and services, including ongoing vendor support post go-live, transparent update/upgrade schedule, and implementation support.
