The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a single vendor to produce one 72‑in × 36‑in outdoor banner and 150 eight‑by‑eleven‑inch flyers for the National Park Service/NCTA project at the Medgar & Myrlie Evans Home National Monument in Jackson, MS. The banner must be printed on 13‑oz weather‑proof vinyl using UV‑ink digital wide‑format printing, with reinforced hemmed edges and grommets. The flyers must be printed in either offset or full‑digital mode on gloss‑coated paper meeting a 175‑line screen, with all files approved via “OK‑to‑Print” email before production. Subcontracting is prohibited, and the final delivery is required by 2 Nov 2026.
