Large Format Commercial Printing

The City of Mesa is seeking a vendor to provide large‑format commercial printing services under a fixed‑price, three‑year contract (renewable up to two additional years). The contractor must be capable of handling a wide range of print jobs—including bindery, proofing, rush orders, and optional graphic‑design services—and must maintain a printing facility within 35 miles of the City’s Print Services Unit for same‑day delivery or pickup on rush/reprint orders. All work must be delivered F.O.B. destination, shrink‑wrapped, and free of vendor branding; the City retains ownership of all deliverables and source files.
