Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is expected to be a service fee sharing arrangement, where the selected applicant will develop and maintain competitive mooring service rates for securing, parking, shifting, repairing, and surveillance of vessels and barges. The exact budget amount is not specified, but based on the scope of work, it can be estimated to be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million per year, depending on the volume of mooring services provided and the rates negotiated with the LRPA. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of vessels and barges moored, the frequency of mooring services, and the level of capital improvements required.
