Investment Broker Dealer Services

The San Jacinto Community College District (SJCCD) is seeking qualified investment broker‑dealer firms to provide on‑demand investment services for its public‑fund portfolio, which ranges from $146 million to $225 million. The contract will be for one year with up to four additional one‑year renewal options. Firms must demonstrate compliance with the Texas Public Funds Investment Act, maintain required certifications (SIPC, Texas State Securities Board, FINRA), and be able to deliver market analysis, trade execution, reporting, and client service. The selection process includes a qualifications submission, optional virtual interviews, and evaluation based on experience, personnel, approach, references, and required documentation. • Provide continuous market monitoring, investment recommendations, and risk analysis aligned with SJCCD’s Investment Policy and PFIA. • Execute trades, manage settlements, and disclose all fees/commissions. • Deliver detailed transaction and portfolio reporting on request. • Maintain robust internal controls, business continuity, and confidentiality safeguards. • Contract term: 1 year (renewable up to 4 additional years). • Submission deadline: 4 Nov 2026; questions due 27 Oct 2026.
