The effort includes a phased rollout, extensive training, and a ten‑year support/maintenance horizon, with milestone‑based payments tied to project phases. • Deliver a Workday‑based SaaS ERP covering payroll/HCM and financial management, plus integrate RedRover, QuestionMark, Euna, Training Orchestra, etc. • Provide full implementation services (fit‑gap analysis, configuration, testing, OCM, risk management, go‑live) and ongoing maintenance with 24/7 support and 99.9 % uptime SLA. • Meet FedRAMP, NIST 800‑53, IRS Pub 1075, and Delaware‑specific compliance, including robust identity‑management (OKTA, SAML/OIDC) and data‑migration from legacy PeopleSoft systems.
