The contractor will administer the National Core Indicators (NCI) surveys for Aging & Disabilities (NCI‑AD) and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (NCI‑IDD), as well as the Children’s Waiver Satisfaction Survey (CWSS), on a rotating fiscal‑year schedule through 2031. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing a geographically dispersed interview workforce (including bilingual staff), conducting background and motor‑vehicle checks, providing HIPAA‑compliant devices and software, performing field‑level quality assurance, managing sample‑list mapping, address and territory designations, and delivering weekly, monthly, and final data reports.
