The North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD) is seeking information from vendors experienced in managed web‑hosting and content‑management platforms to replace its on‑premises Drupal‑based statewide web platform. The goal is to transition to a vendor‑managed, cloud‑based solution that can host roughly 76 agency websites, provide centralized governance, ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, integrate with Microsoft Entra ID for authentication, and offer transparent per‑site pricing.
