KHP SPONSORSHIP - Warm-Up Ring 1 & Ring 2 Naming Rights

The Kentucky Horse Park is seeking a sponsor for the naming rights of Warm-Up Ring 1 and Ring 2. The sponsorship will provide the sponsor with various benefits, including sponsor identification, facility name and signage opportunities, and recognition on the Kentucky Horse Park's website and social media. The sponsor will be required to pay a cash contribution or a combination of cash and in-kind contributions. The sponsorship term is expected to be at least two years, with the possibility of two additional two-year terms. • The Warm-Up Rings are outdoor rings used for equestrian events and competitions. • The sponsorship will provide exposure to a diverse audience, including affluent equestrians. • The Kentucky Horse Park is a leading tourist attraction and equine competition facility in the state. • The sponsor will have the opportunity to propose a name for the facility, subject to approval by the Kentucky Horse Park Commission. • The sponsor will be required to comply with various laws and regulations, including those related to employment practices and artificial intelligence.
