ADA Vehicle Modification 26 Honda Odyssey Minivan

The Department of Employment and Economic Development is seeking bids for the modification of a 2026 Honda Odyssey Elite Minivan to make it accessible for a Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) consumer/client driver. The selected vendor will be required to modify the vehicle according to the specifications contained in the solicitation or provide a Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) approved equal. The contract term is anticipated to be from December 2025 to June 2026, with an estimated total dollar value of $50,000 to $75,000. • The vehicle must be a currently advertised production model as modified per the specifications and approved by the State. • The responder must offer goods that meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work attached to the Sample Contract. • The responder must submit all requested documentation, including Attachment A: Responder Declarations, Attachment C: Responder Forms, and Attachment D: Additional Information.
