Description
The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government is seeking qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) professional services to design, plan, and possibly manage construction of a new parking garage for the Government Tower. The scope includes providing full design development, construction documents, permitting assistance, and project coordination to deliver a functional, code‑compliant, and cost‑effective garage structure.
• Architectural design of the garage, including layout, circulation, structural integration, and aesthetic considerations.
• Engineering services covering structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil aspects, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
• Preparation of detailed construction documents, bid packages, and support during the bid phase, including responding to bidder questions.
• Project management and coordination with the agency throughout the design and construction phases.
• Deliverables must meet all applicable Louisiana state regulations and any specific requirements outlined in the attached RFQ documents.
