Acquisition Services for the Department of Transportation

The State of Montana, Department of Transportation is seeking appraisal services to establish a pool of qualified vendors. The selected vendors will provide appraisal services for various parcels, including those with complex ownership structures, multiple signers, and relocation requirements. The contract involves term assignments with varying durations, and the contractor will be required to provide a cost proposal for each parcel. The cost proposal must include a lump sum price for each parcel, taking into consideration the complexity of the parcel and the potential need for additional documentation. • The contractor will be required to provide a cost proposal for preparation of waiver valuations, if required. • The contractor will be required to prepare a direct expense cost estimate worksheet for term assignments with direct travel expenses. • The contractor must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the AASHTO Uniform Audit & Accounting Guide. • The contractor must provide a Trade Secret Affidavit, if applicable. • The contractor must certify compliance with Executive Order No. 12-2016, Equal Pay for Montana Women.
