PKAA Dorm Carpet BLD 222, 223 & 226 (Service)

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to replace carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring in specific dormitory rooms within Buildings 222, 223, and 226 at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the work. The scope of work includes removing existing flooring, delivering and installing new carpet and LVT, and replacing all doors, guides, and counter legs. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contract clauses. • The contractor must provide a technical description of the services being offered, including a technical capability narrative and evidence of personnel qualifications. • The contractor must provide all materials and labor necessary to perform the work. • The contractor must comply with all safety and health requirements, including those related to hazardous materials and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a safety and health plan and corresponding site safety checklist. • The contractor must have a contract manager who is responsible for the performance of the services and has full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters.
