The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS) is seeking market research responses for the replacement of two obsolete osmometer units with a single new OsmoPro Max analyzer. The scope includes delivery, installation, validation, training, a four‑year service agreement with optional renewals, and loaner coverage. This is a Sources‑Sought (RFI) notice; no contract is awarded at this stage, but responses will inform potential competition or a future sole‑source award.
• Delivery of one OsmoPro Max osmometer plus start‑up reagents and consumable kit bundle.
• Installation, on‑site training, and full validation (method comparison, precision/accuracy, control ranges, linearity, CAP/CLIA report).
• Four‑year service contract covering annual preventive maintenance, on‑site repairs, unlimited phone support, and loaner instrument when repairs cannot be completed on‑site.
• All work to be performed during normal business hours (08:00‑16:30, M‑F) and must comply with VA security, records‑management, and privacy requirements.
